MARJORAM PESTO RECIPE
Marjoram leaves 25gr
Villa Caprera Extra Virgin Olive Oil 130gr
Garlic 1 clove
Grated aged Tuscan Pecorino cheese 100gr
Pine nuts 100gr
Salt 1 pinch
Wash and dry the marjoram, pick the leaves removing the sprig. Put all ingredient in a mixer; last the oil and salt. Mix until you get an homogeneous blend. Use fresh.
